My 18 month old has had diaper rash on and off since she was born. I purchased this for my newborn son, and happened to have it on hand while changing my daughter. It cleared up he rash in no time! The drug store creams could not do that! The smell is a little strong, but I like it. Nice to know your using natural products on such a sensitive spot!
