PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED After your order has been placed through our shopping cart, we will call or email you to confirm method of payment. We accept any of the below methods.
PayPal If you'd like to pay via PayPal (http://www.paypal.com for more information) please let us know and we'll send you an invoice through PayPal that you can easily pay.
Credit Card We accept credit cards through PayPal as a payment processor. You DO NOT NEED to have a PayPal account to do this. We will email you further instructions and you can use your credit card safely and securely without giving the information directly to us.
Cheque/Money Order We currently only accept Canadian cheques, and those paying from the U.S. must NOT send a U.S. POSTAL money order. You must send a Canadian money order from your bank. Orders will not be shipped until cheques have cleared or money order has been successfully deposited.
Cash on Delivery This option is ONLY for London, Ontario local deliveries. We'll accept cash upon delivery and issue a receipt. Your total will include any taxes and delivery charge.
SHIPPING MamaAssist delivers locally to London, Ontario, and ships orders within Canada and to the United States. If you live in the local London, ON area we will make order deliveries ourselves for a delivery charge of $5.00. Whether we will deliver or ship your item is ultimately at our discretion, though we will make every effort to get your product to you quickly. If you choose to have your order shipped to you, we will do this via Canada Post. If you want your order delivered, please make this noted in the Comments section during checkout.

Orders over $120 are FREE shipping. Canada Post Standard Shipping is $10.00 (Usually 6 business days) Canada Post XpressPost $15.00 (Usually 1-2 business days)
Shipping to Continental U.S.A.
Canada Post to U.S. Postal Service Standard Shipping - $15.00 (6-12 business days)
REFUNDS Due to the nature of the products, we cannot issue cash refunds for opened product. If you receive a product damaged in shipping, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving your product. We'll arrange for you to send it back to us and we'll ship you a replacement.
If you are dissatisfied with a product, please let us know and we may be able to issue you a store credit for the returned product. This is done at the discretion of MamaAssist.
